Generation Brasil

Generation Brasil is a non-profit organization affiliated with Generation: You Employed, a North American employment education charity, founded in 2014 by McKinsey & Co. Driven by the belief that everyone should have opportunities to build a successful career, it seeks to close the skills gap between young people and support companies in accessing talent with the qualifications they need. Its work aims to promote employability through programs lasting weeks, giving each young person a job at the beginning of their career, anywhere in the world.

With the objective of placing young people facing unemployment or underemployment into professions with great growth potential in the digital universe, we support Generation courses that are offered free of charge in an intensive format (8h / day), lasting from 4 to 12 weeks. The courses combine technical, behavioral and mental skills associated with high performance based on surveys carried out alongside employers and professionals in the area, in the cities in which they operate. After the course, the trainees are directed to job vacancies.
