IAÍ Building Opportunities for All in the World of Work

Developed through a partnership between ITS Rio, the Arymax Foundation, and Fundação Grupo Volkswagen, the overall goal of the initiative is to identify priority actions and help shape a national public policy that ensures vulnerable workers are included in the productive economy in the age of AI, engaging both the public and private sectors.

Arymax supports ITS in adapting international research and strategies to Brazil’s context, raising awareness among multisectoral stakeholders about the urgency of action, and shining a light on real-world cases where AI is already affecting vulnerable workers. The foundation helps with strategic guidance by structuring actions to protect workers and foster productive inclusion in the age of artificial intelligence.
